Apollo is born to Urenskje.
Apr 04, 2008 Alexandra is born
Our first foal of 2008, Alexandra, was born at 8:11 pm to Tjitske. She was full term and is doing very well. Most of the Maddi's Friesian Ranch crowd, including Manual & family, Isaac and of course Ruth and Greg were in attendance, having seen Tjitske lie down on the view from the infrared camera in her stall.

Our horses and cowboy (Isaac Brown) in downtown Reno in the upcoming film about the Mustang Ranch starring Helen Mirren & Joe Pesci.

Jan 09, 2008 Stallion Keuring
We will be checking out the stallion keuring! We're also spending a lot of time with the Friesian breeders in Holland, looking for the best horses and evaluating more breeders.
Dec 22, 2007 First holiday party
On December 20, 2007, Maddi's Friesian Ranch held its first annual holiday party at David Walley's Hot Springs. All of our employees, as well as our farrier, vet and trainers attended.

Nov 06, 2007 Saddle Fitting Clinic
Robin Moore, Amerigo Saddle Manager, spent the day with horses and riders, going over all of the points of good saddle fitting; first for the horse, then for the rider. Examples of great fitting saddles vs. not so great fitting saddles will be given.
Jun 30, 2007 American Cancer Society benefit
